Warranties

Customers understand that the distributer is not the manufacturer of the products purchased. The only warranties offered are those from the manufacturer, not from the distributer or its affiliates. Upon the purchase of products, customers are relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and are expected to not rely on any statements, specifications, photographs or other representations of the products that may be provided aside from the manufacturer. Returns to the manufacturer will always require a proof of purchase from specific retailer. The manufacturer bears only limited liability towards the condition of products after initial shipping.

After retail purchases of products from the manufacturer, it is the sole responsibility of the retailer or distributer to compensate for any customer complaints and returns there forth. It is then the responsibility of the individual retailer to provide a refund if specified during the sale and NOT the responsibility of the manufacturer to provide for issues after the shipping of the products from the manufacturing site.

Notice:  The additional charge for participating will appear as a line item on your billing statement, the charge confirmed by customer service will be billed together with any other services not included.

Notice:  At Nvive Essentials do not sell to the individual user.  Therefore your request order form will be made available to your local retailers.  Your order will be promptly taken care of by Nvive customer care service..
